Minh Pham is a User Experience Researcher at the University of Missouri, Columbia
Hi, I'm Minh!
I work as a user experience researcher at the University of Missouri, Columbia. Most of the user experience projects I've participated in were conducted during my time at the Information Experience Lab from Fall 2016 to Spring 2019. The user experience projects I have participated in as a researcher aimed to investigate how content in digital environments should be described, organized, presented, provided, and retrieved for optimum accessibility, usability, and simple yet meaningful digital user experiences.
I led the user experience evaluation of selected MU Extension online courses and Push mobile news app; I helped improve Listbuilder prototype usability; I conducted usability research for the St. Charles City-County library website, ElevatEd system, the Kinect-based fall risk evaluation and feedback system, APME's NewsTrain, Webtoon, and Library of Congress Subject Headings; I designed and developed the sitemap and prototype for the Media Innovation System and "Fare Vending" machine in Washington DC and the logo for NASKO 2021 Conference; I co-conducted a comparative systems analysis to determine system functions for the Media Innovation System; and I co-conducted a review of academic and industry implementations of micro mobile learning. I also co-hosted usability workshops on campus and international conference levels.
I’m based in Columbia, Missouri, but originally hail from the tiny town of Lao Cai, Vietnam. I have a big love for running, and reading, and care deeply about healthy lifestyles and environmental sustainability.
Thanks for stopping by.
